One-Ways on FC and JM roads - But who'll think of the pedestrians?

Three-and-half-months later, the one-ways on FC and JM roads continue to be nightmare experiences for hundred of citizens road conditions are still highly unsafe, while the lack of measures for pedestrian safety has only aggravated, with accidents just waiting to happen at any time.
It's especially a helpless situation for pedestrians, including women and elders, as they cross the road in the extreme risk of being hit by a zooming two-wheeler or a four-wheeler. The situation has become all the more worse after the removal of the road dividers. Absence of proper zebra crossings, lane markings and road signages are the reason why people find it difficult to cross the road safely.
